Delete your Unicapp account

This page explains how to delete your account with Unicapp Logistics Private Limited for any of our apps:

• Unicapp (customers)

• Unicapp Seller (sellers and stores)

• Unicapp Captain (delivery partners), package com.unicapp.capptain

• Unicapp Fulfilment (fulfilment centre staff), package com.unicapp.fulfilment

Send us a request from the phone number or email address registered on your account:

• WhatsApp: +91 9625811881 with the message "Delete my Unicapp account", the app you use and your registered phone number; or

• Email: contact@unicapp.in with the subject "Account deletion", the app you use and your registered phone number.

We may ask you to confirm the request with a one-time code sent to your registered number, so nobody else can delete your account. We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days of your request.

• Your profile: name, phone number, email, photo and saved addresses.

• Sign-in sessions and push notification tokens for your devices.

• For captains: uploaded documents, vehicle details, payout details and location history.

• For sellers: store profile and settings, once all orders are completed and dues settled.

• Marketing preferences and messages history not needed for completed orders.

Some records must be kept after an account is deleted:

• Orders, invoices, payments, payouts and related delivery records: kept for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law, then deleted.

• Records needed to resolve an open dispute, refund or legal claim: kept until it is resolved.

Captain run location is deleted automatically after 120 days whether or not the account is deleted.

Kept records are used only for these legal and accounting purposes.

You can also ask us to delete specific data (for example saved addresses, documents or location history) without deleting your account, using the same WhatsApp number or email above.
